Flamingo Frenzy and Birthday Invitations!

I started to make these cards for my daughters "family" birthday party. Then I loved them so much, I didn't want to use them. {hahaha} I made seperate invitations for those!
I used Cypress cardstock from Michael's Craft store, "Flamingo Flair" rub-ons, sakura glaze pens, pop dots, colorbox flamino pink ink, patterned paper is old old old stuff I have had for some time, do not know the name or company. The inside is blank and the back is signed and numbered by me.
The colors of pink look adorable together and unfortunately the camera did not pick up the colors as well as I had hoped for!
These cards are 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches. They have matching envelopes. They were inspired by Kelliannie!

Here are Jayda's 10 year old birthday invitations I am passing to my family. Jayda loves a party and so I am making this simple family get together VERY special for her!
I used My Mind's Eye Bohemia "Bella "Pretty Little Girl" Mini Harlequin/Brown patterned paper, Basic bazzill lt blue paper, Staz On brown ink, Studio G series stamps, flora doodles by petaloo "Purple Passion", pop dots, sakura black glitter gelly roll pen.
These cards are 3" x 3". They are signed and numbered by me.

Here are some better shots of a fav flamingo card of mine! This card uses the Glitz flamingo line, sakura gel pens, ink, and studio g series stamps.

My friends over at All Moments Remembered Message Board decided I deserved a RAK of some delicious studio g series 12 stamps! I am so loving these and thank Nicole(crop-a-holic) for buying and sending them to me! It made me feel just wonderful to get the mail and wonder who sent ME something! I was not expecting anything! YAY!

Teacher's Gifts

I can not believe the end of the year has come.
My children will be out for summer in a week and a half!
I am usually on the receiving end of fabulous teacher gifts. But since I am now a stay at home mother, I am making them for my children's teachers! In the past, I was too busy to create for them and would simply pitch in with the room mom as she planned a large gift for the teacher. This year I am going to go it alone!
Here was a wonderful idea I got from Noel Joy using candy bars and altering their packaging!

These prepotted plants were just begging for small dowels and handmade flowers. The stems are inked green and are going to hold money leaves. The money will be fanfolded and attached to the stems as a gift for being such outstanding teachers!

I made up the poem on the center flower. It says:
Who says good things don't grow with...Love, Patience, and Education!?!

Gratitude Tri-Card

I took two 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 cards and glued them together.
I cut 5 x 3 3/4 pp and attached it to the cards.
Inking the edges really made for a nice look.

I used the same ink and stamped Gratitude using Autumn Leaves stamp.
Flower is Flora Doodles by Petaloo. Flower center comes with flowers.

Behind the middle photo, I attached the ribbon to a piece of cardstock and journaled about the children and slid it behind. I attached ribbon, petaloo flowers, and used American Crafts light blue rub on letters on ribbon and photo.

Back stayed blank and other side of card was where I wrote the thank you.

Enjoy and thanks for looking!

Card Making Bonanza

I made a box to hold my cards in that I made. I made 10 all together for this gift.
This box was what I purchased envelopes in at walmart. I altered it using pretty patterned paper and some beautiful baby blue ribbon!

These are cards I made for mother's day for my mother in law as a gift. They are blank cards for her to use as she chooses!
